Caleb Morfit

With over a decade of experience advising global organizations, Caleb brings both psychological depth and practical insight to his work. His coaching is built on a core belief: even the most capable leaders have both blind spots and untapped potential.

Before founding Sunbird, Caleb served as Senior Director of Global Assessment Strategy at The Coca-Cola Company, where he led enterprise-wide efforts to evaluate and select leadership talent. Earlier in his career, he delivered executive coaching, development training, and team interventions. He also acted as a subject matter expert at Deloitte, Vanguard, and Kaisen where he worked across multiple industries, including telecommunications, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, finance, and manufacturing.

Caleb has a doctorate in psychology, a master’s in business administration, and maintains certification in Hogan Assessments, MSCEIT (Emotional Intelligence), and Adept-15.

Casey McCollum

With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of mental health, leadership, and organizational strategy, Casey brings a rare blend of clinical expertise and systems thinking to executive coaching and professional assessment.

Her career spans clinical practice, healthcare administration, and national-level quality oversight, including multiple leadership roles with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Casey has led multi-million dollar programs, managed high-performing interdisciplinary teams, and guided strategic change across complex systems.

Casey’s work is grounded in trust, guided by data, and focused on helping clients lead with greater emotional intelligence, vision, and resilience.

Casey has a master’s in Social Work and maintains a clinical license. She specializes in relationship-focused coaching and development.
